This week's episodes takes a deep look into Houston’s legendary powerhouse, ZZ Top. The band recently lost their talented and iconic bass player Dusty Hill at the age of 72. We are dedicating this weeks band and food pairing to their untouchable legacy. The ZZ Top tour continues on, but we take a pit stop to examine all of the mouth watering Texas dishes we could dream up in order to pinpoint the perfect dish. My old friend Nate Hall joins me as we discuss ZZ Top's origins, their previous side bands and odd jobs, how they stumbled into their signature look and 80’s success, the buffalo they used to tour with, and all the while enjoy a satisfying lunch.
